The full underground picture, from locate to design.
Three services, one accountable partner. Each is run by the same crew that meets you on site — no handoffs, no surprises.

Utility Locates
Utility location is the procedure of discovering, marking and labeling utilities that are located underground — hydro, natural gas, cables, stop and street lights, water mains, and more.
- Private utility locates (electromagnetic + GPR)
- Public utility coordination — Ontario One Call + individual owners
- Damage-prevention consulting and pre-dig risk reviews
- GPR survey — underground storage tank (UST) detection
- Sewer tracing and CCTV inspection

Concrete Scanning
USL-1 uses Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) to scan concrete slabs, walls, ceilings and beams for embedded objects — rebar, post-tension cables, conduits, and voids — before you cut, drill, or core.
- Core drilling and saw-cut clearance
- Rebar, PT cable, and conduit mapping
- Void and honeycomb detection
- Concrete testing support
- Trenching and anchor pre-scan

Subsurface Utility Engineering
Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) is the process of identifying, mapping, and evaluating underground infrastructure — pipelines, cables, and conduits — so designers and contractors can plan around what's really there.
- QL-D — records research and utility-owner contact
- QL-C — surface-visible feature survey
- QL-B — designating: geophysical utility mapping
- QL-A — locating: vacuum excavation verification (non-destructive)
- CAD deliverables for civil, structural, and utility design integration

Surveying
Site-ready surveying that pairs with our locate and scanning services — topographic surveys, construction layout, grade verification, and as-built deliverables that fold directly into your civil and structural drawings.
- Topographic surveys
- Construction layout and stakeout
- Grade and elevation verification
- As-built surveys
- Volumetric / stockpile surveys
